20 Squat Jumps
40 Spider Climbs
12 Squat Thrusts
05 1 Push Up + 10 Wallclimbers
20 Jump Lunges
12 T-Push Ups
20 X-Body Wallclimbers
All of these exercises worked my entire body, including my legs, butt, abs and shoulders.
