My Home Workout Yesterday

With a quick 10 minute break in my schedule, I decided to head into the garden and fit in a fast bodyweight workout between calls, while Biscuit the dog got her exercise chasing squirrels.

The following circuit brought me to my knees, and had me breathing like a steam locomotive! Who says you need a treadmill to feel like that?!

Here's what I did for 2 rounds:

20 Squat Jumps
40 Spider Climbs
12 Squat Thrusts
05 1 Push Up + 10 Wallclimbers
20 Jump Lunges
12 T-Push Ups
20 X-Body Wallclimbers

All of these exercises worked my entire body, including my legs, butt, abs and shoulders.

By the end of 10 minutes I had done what most people in the gym take an hour to do, if they're not too busy chatting that is.

These exercises work. I should know - I use them.
