Switch on your 'Scanner'

So, Heathrow Airport in London plans to introduce full-body scanners to tighten up security, following the failed Christmas day attack on a U.S. bound flight.
This couldn't have come soon enough in my opinion, and the quicker we erradicate terrorist evil from our skies, the better. We can then all travel a little more soundly, both on business and on vacation.
Introducing such stiff measures will make people conform, not carry dangerous or illegal substances, and as a result, improve the wellbeing of all airbound passengers.
Maybe it's time you installed your own 'safety-check scanner' - in your head.
One that is programmed to sound an alarm when you eat or drink things you shouldn't...
One that niggles and nags when you haven't done your exercises...
One that tells you to get to bed earlier and switch off in the evenings...
The fact is, we ALL have this facility - it's called our 'conscience'.
A little exercise each day, and a tighter rein on what you eat and drink can help you make positive change.
The Fit Business Trip system can act as your conscience on business travel. With no more than 10-15 minutes of safe, effective exercise each day, along with a guide of what to eat and what not to, it takes the guesswork out of what to do, away from home, to stay on top of your health and fitness.
The sooner you flick the switch and power up your 'scanner', the sooner you will return from business travel alert and ready to live your life.
